Cancellation Policy

• Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered as used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Cancellations made with more than 12 hours’ notice can be rescheduled within the validity period of the package.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required upfront for all packages and must be made before the first session.

• For the Monthly Rolling Package, payments are due on the same date each month for the duration of the 3-month commitment.

Non-Refundable Policy

• All coaching packages and sessions are non-refundable.

• In exceptional circumstances, packages may be paused or adjusted with prior agreement.

Session Expiry

• Packages must be used within their specified validity periods:

• 5-Session Package: 3 months

• 10-Session Package: 6 months
